Quick TL;DR - The Summary
Generally
– This is a celebration of your career, and you’re at a point where you’re able to respectfully reject advice
– Have a Gantt chart/plan on how you’ll tick off everything, tons of content to look at (too much)
– Schedule in mock reviews, the interviewers will do presentation & interview but communication task is for you
Presentation
– Remind them who you are, they have ~6 interviews in the day and you want to make their lives easy
– Everyone has a different style, treat it as an extension of the report regarding quality and finishes
Interview
– Be familiar with your own report, and all the current niche dirty details in the industry
– Understand how you meet every attribute, twice
– Use excel random number generator to generate questions for yourself
Communication task
– Prepare a cheat sheet that you’re confident to rely on, it’s the facts and bits of data that you really need
– Do a timed mock to get comfortable with the writing speed & planning
Have a think about your career steps afterwards 😉
You made it to the bottom of the page, perhaps you’ll enjoy one of these…

Generally speaking, if you read something on my blog, it will be available on other social media. If you’d like more depth and less filter, then the newsletter is for you. They take time to produce and pass QA, so I’ll only send max two emails a year.
